Ann Mashburn Trunk Show at The Hive, Nov. 14-17
I mentioned earlier this week that we have lots of new Holiday and Pre-Spring merchandise coming in daily. Some of these great pieces are from one of our favorite designers: Ann Mashburn. Her holiday delivery is always great, and when I see it in the summer I always want to buy more than we have money to spend on it. The selections are always so hard to edit, and I leave feeling a little bummed that we couldn’t place more items.
Lucky for us, the Ann Mashburn team likes us, and is always willing to work with us to host a trunk show. It’s a great way for us to bring in a broader selection and give our customers a chance to buy the pieces we missed out on getting for the store. On November 14, we will host our holiday trunk show for Ann Mashburn. They sent us so much good stuff! The Addie Sweater Dress, Superfine Funnel Neck and Joy Mule are just a few of the pieces I wanted to get for the store and they were nice enough to send for the event. I think the thing they do best is sweaters. I could have a store full of Ann Mashburn sweaters – especially the fine knit ones; they are perfect for layers but look great alone. So often we find people searching for the perfect piece to wear with a skirt or under blazers and the superfine sweaters from Ann always do the trick. We all own them in multiple colors. The funnel neck is a must and we love the silver color for the holiday.
