I must admit that having friends that look like models is pretty helpful when you own a store. And it’s extraordinarily helpful when they don’t mind taking time out of their busy schedules to help out.

Once again, I called Megan and Nicole to step in for a photo shoot and they were a quick yes. Well, at least Megan was. I was trying to think of a place that could be a great backdrop for all the color and patterns that Ulla Johnson is known for, and I needed a third model. Then it hit me, Shelia was back in town and she would be the perfect model with the perfect house.

Shooting this layout was such a fun morning and it was hard to edit it down to just nine outfits. There were so many great options. My representative, Halima, sent me the largest trunk package I have ever received. It might even be twice the amount of pieces we usually get for an event like this.

If you are in need of a spring dress for an event, this is the trunk show to shop. There are sets and dresses for black tie events, weddings, graduations or just running around town.
